These Terms (EULA) are between you and Wenling Xinhe Yijia Software Development Studio (sole proprietorship). The Apple Developer Program individual account is a distribution channel only; the account holder and the sole-proprietor operator are the same natural person.
License
Personal, revocable, non-transferable license for non-commercial use on Apple-permitted devices. No reverse engineering or circumvention of entitlements except as allowed by law.
Subscriptions
Monthly ¥28, yearly ¥198, 1-week trial in selected storefronts and/or one server trial per account. Auto-renew via Apple; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds: Apple only.
Liability
Provided “as is.” Estimates are not medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law: no liability for indirect damages; no damages if you never paid Apple for Premium (except liability that cannot be excluded); if you paid, any legally required cap is the amount actually paid to Apple, not more than RMB 100. Email solomeal@telog.cn first; 15 business days to investigate availability issues. Force majeure and Mainland China review/distribution delays are excluded from that period.

This agreement is between you and the operator, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary, has no support obligation, and is not responsible for the app’s content. Export-control warranties apply.
